You can view details of your Saving Deposit via Citibank Online® and Citi Mobile®, or contact our staff for further assistance.

How can the Bank pay my Saving Deposit(s)?

The Bank will pay the principal and its interest of Saving Deposit to Current Account on the maturity date as stated in the Saving Deposit Certificate(s). If Saving Deposit(s) is/ are booked by foreign currency, payment is done to Current Account in that currency or Bank will do conversion to VND by using applicable conversion rate at the time of the conversion.

What should I do if my Saving Deposit Certificate(s) is/are crumpled / torn / lost?

In case your Saving Deposit Certificate(s) is/ are crumpled/ torn/ lost, you can go the branch where issued the Saving Deposit Certificate(s) to request copies or reference of the contract.
